Hi! Two adults and a baby, Montreal to Medellín around December 18, back mid-January. Our dates can move a little.
09:12Hello, and thanks for writing! I’mon it. Do you prefer fewer connections or an earlier arrival? And how many checked bags?
09:20Fewer connections, and two checked bags please.
09:22Here’s what fits your dates:
- Option 1 · Fewest connections
- Option 2 · Earliest arrival
- Option 3 · Most flexible
The first one is perfect, let’s book it!
09:55Done, your tickets are booked. I’mright here for any question until you fly. ¡Buen viaje!

Situations
Every situation,

A flight is never just a flight. Tell your agent what matters to you, and the search starts there.
Visiting family
Holidays, a birthday, a new baby in the family. Trips home often have set dates and several travellers, from little ones to grandparents, so your agent looks for flights that work for everyone.
A few days of flexibility can open up more options, while a fixed date calls for a careful search. Either way, your agent explains the choices clearly.
Land in Bogotá, spend a week on the coast in Cartagena, fly home from Medellín. One way, return or several stops, the itinerary is yours.
